1) Service & Repair Guarantee: If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all your money. If our plumbers smoke or swear in your home, are not drug tested, do not wear shoe covers, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the services. If a repair fails in the first year, we will repair it again at no charge.
2) Whole-House repiping Guarantee: We guarantee that your whole-house repiping project will be completed on or before the date we have promised. We guarantee our workmanship for a period of 20 years. If your pipes fail at any time during that period (excluding acts of God, riot, or war), we will repair the failure at no charge. We guarantee that all materials used are as specified and up to code in your area. We also guarantee to protect the condition of your home.
3) Equipment & Fixture Guarantee: We guarantee that the equipment and/or fixtures we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated. If any equipment or fixture fails during normal use in the first year, we will either repair or replace the item at no charge to you.
4) Lifetime Diamond Club Membership: With this valuable membership, there is a 3 year guarantee on all services performed by Vossler Plumbing.
Yes! All of our plumbers are licensed & certified through the state of Texas as a Registered Apprentice or Licensed Journeyman Plumber. In order for an apprentice to become a Licensed Journeyman Plumber, they must register through the state of Texas.
Yes! For any after hour emergency plumbing issues, call the office at (713) 688-2304. If you don’t get a hold of a live person on the first try, please call the number again so the call can continue to be rerouted to the appropriate person.
We utilize a Straight Forward Pricing structure. Which eliminates hourly plumbing rates and instead gives you a flat rate for plumbing work. Whether a job takes 3 hours or 3 days, you still only get one flat rate.
The second set of pricing structures we utilize is through our Lifetime Diamond Club Membership where you can get discounts on all your plumbing service needs, including a free annual inspection.
